This in person meeting will be held at in person at the Langara Golf Club (6706 Alberta St, Vancouver, BC V5X 4V8).

As part of the Annual General Meeting, there will be a brief election for the executive positions of the Chapter. The current proposed nominations for executive positions are below:

President: Henning White (Current Vice President and Acting President)

Vice President: Vincent MacAusland (Current Webmaster), Stefan Germann (Current Treasurer)

Treasurer: Stefan Germann (Current Treasurer)

Secretary: Christopher Anderson (Current Secretary)

City of Vancouver Liaison: Tim Lo (Current City of Vancouver Liaison)

Webmaster: Vincent MacAusland (Current Webmaster)

Professional Organization Liaison: Open

Membership Coordinator: Barry Qui (Current Membership Coordinator)

Program Coordinator: Biswadeep Ghosh (Current Program Coordinator)

Nominations will be taken from the floor at the June 16th meeting. Anyone wishing to serve as an Executive member should put their name forward in order to be considered at that time and voted on by the members present.

Dinner will be served as a selection of burgers (beef, chicken, veggie, or salmon).
